Returns & Exchanges

At RIA Eyewear, we want you to have the perfect vision on the court or field, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all performance eyewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure your eyewear is tracked and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the eyewear, protective case, and microfiber cloth back into the original shipping box and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
